The Group Program:

12 weekly sessions covering the following:  

  1. Introduction / Motivation, Choosing what diet and exercise plan you will follow during the program
  2. Your Success - what does it look, feel, smell and sound like?
  3. Fill in the details of your success
  4. What's getting in the way of your weight loss?
  5. Underneath the objections and dealing with the negative thoughts
  6. Diet and Exercise (the only time we ever talk about it) - Just to get it out of the way
  7. Mindful and Intentional Eating
  8. Forgiving  Yourself
  9. Self-correcting when you overeat, because we all do.
  10. Pre-do's and Re-do's
  11. Developing strategies and life skills
