Business Development Program
Are you thinking about beginning or have just started your own practice and aren’t sure how to manage and grow it, much less how to get clients? This program will provide a solid foundation and start to your practice and business development. It will allow you to grow your business in a stable upward fashion, without suffering from the ‘feast or famine’ cycle that plagues many professionals. It will allow you to shorten the time it takes to become profitable by providing measurable structures to track and improve your business development.

The program is 12 weekly sessions followed by 12 monthly accountability and coaching sessions. Each session builds upon the previous session and all work must be done in order. Each session is part training and part coaching, in order to provide the support you need to develop and implement your own plans.
