Elisabeth Garbeil is the principal of EFG Consulting, LLC.  Elisabeth Garbeil works with attorneys, independent financial advisors and chiropractors to create successful, stable practices, financial freedom and flexibility.She  also consults with mid-size firms on associate & organizational development and project management.  Elisabeth is also a regular speaker and facilitator to professionals and organizations on the topics of time management, business development, communications, organizational development and goal setting. She also provides training on communications, leadership, management skills and coaching skills to firms.

Elisabeth is a graduate of the Accomplishment Coaching Coach Training Program and is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan. Elisabeth also holds an MBA from Wayne State University and is Project Management Institute (PMI) certified since 2001. She is also a member of the National Association for Women Business Owners, Hadassah, the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce, the Project Management Institute and Business Networks International.

Elisabeth has coached throughout her 20-year career as a manager and project manager in the IT industry. She most recently left her job as IT Director, Corporate Applications for Lafarge Corporation to open EFG Consulting. She is based in the Detroit, Michigan area.
